App is misleading. No free plan available. 30 day free trial. Should state "Free Trial Available" like every other app is required to do. Waiting until after installation, creation of account and collection of personal and store info to give notice that it is simply a 30 day trial is dishonest business.

If you ship a lot of orders, I would recommend trying a different company - the customer service team at Shippit are very frustrating to deal with if there's ever an issue.
If you're not shipping too many orders, they might not be as infuriating.

The Shippit platform is great and easy to use. I really like how they provide some courier options such as: TNT, Fastway and Couriers Please. Unfortunately they have over promised and under delivered. Their integration doesn't allow us to ship DG items. Also the Australia Post My Business Integration keeps getting pushed further and further back.

Shippit is a simple to use app which streamlines and simplifies the fulfilment process. Good selection of couriers available at competitive rates. Being the customer service for our customers about their shipping saves us time/manpower.

Shippit has been awesome for us. Being a relatively small business but also trying to scale we needed a quick & efficient way to ship products. Shippit makes it so easy & we have managed to decrease our Pick/Pack/Dispatch time by half. Although there are a couple of issues that we have experienced along the way, the customer service team is awesome with assisting and getting issues troubleshooted for us as quickly as possible. They are also wiling to take on feedback & make changes to customers needs which is awesome. We have also been able to ship from our stores which has been almost seamless. Would recommend to anyone.

We moved to Shippit from an in-house system that integrated with Australia Post via a CSV upload which was hard coded and inflexible. Shippit 's downgrader will save us a substational amount in shipping costs this year and we have so much more control and visibility over orders.

We like the simple interface with just a few tabs that are easy to understand and come to grips with quickly when there are hundreds of orders in the system all at different stages. Our customers also receive very high-quality information and in a timely manner.

Shippit provides excellent rates but also allows you to bring your own contracted shipping rates. Getting all the configurations right can be a little tricky but Aaron in support is absolutely amazing. He truly went above & beyond to work out the best possible personalised solution for my new Shopify store. He researched Shopify capabilities on my behalf to get the best possible outcome. Aaron is patient, creative, thoughtful and a real asset to the Shippit team. Thank you for your help Aaron.

Very very poor customer service. Can never get a hold of someone. Ever since our account manager left the company it has been a horrible experience.

Shippit is by far the most easy to use solution to manage shipments in Shopify. Appealing interface, intuitive layout and competitive rates out of the box. Support has been great as well.
