There were quite a few bugs at the beginning - but this will occur with any software extension I guess. The most important is that the Shipturtle Support is really responsive and eager to make things work, which I totally appreciate and does definitively make up my decision to stay with it. So far I'm glad I've decided for this marketplace extension and look forward to become successful with Shipturtle as our partner.
Shipturtle is awesome! Tried a bunch of marketplace apps (Webkul, etc.) but none fit my unique business needs. Shipturtle just works awesome. Plus, their support is super fast - they answer my questions like, instantly! Makes running my marketplace a breeze, especially when it comes to scaling. Highly recommend!
I've been using Shipturtle for a while now, and it's been an excellent journey. Their order processing panel is fantastic and incredibly efficient, saving me a lot of operational time. With integration with over 200 shippers, it's incredibly convenient.
What stands out for me is their customization ability. My business model differs from typical marketplaces as my vendors are globally located. I needed a solution to convert my vendors' currency into mine, a feature no other marketplace solution like webkul or onport offered. Shipturtle agreed to help with this customization. Additionally, I required automatic synchronization of my vendors' inventory with mine, along with adjusting their product prices on my store automatically. Shipturtle developed an efficient solution for this, allowing me to manage prices seamlessly.
I highly recommend Shipturtle to all multivendor marketplaces out there. Their after-sales support is truly remarkable.

2. Video support at any time (you just need to book a call from the website)
3. Whatsapp support and website chat support with our team
We do not recommend calls since its often difficult to understand the problem on audio, and its much better to schedule a call on video - a slot is generally available within 4-8 hours during our business time.
As a business owner, we can understand that sometimes you may need immediate resolutions - but its difficult to make any changes on the app without clear requirements, development and testing.
This is true for any SaaS app and we try to provide clear timelines for any change or issue request from your side.
