Merchants describe this app as very easy to set up and use, with an editor similar to Shopify’s. Many small and growing businesses value the generous free email allowance, strong Shopify integration, and “set it and forget it” automations. They report solid open and conversion rates, like the clean, customizable templates, and find segmentation, reporting, and combined email/SMS tools effective for campaigns and follow‑ups.
4 stars. Simple, reliable, and the list lives right in my store, which I like. My one ask: let AI assistants and connected tools build and send campaigns. I run my store with Claude, and it can set up discounts, upload files and manage products through Shopify, but it can’t touch Messaging, so every email ends up as manual click-work. Opening that up would make this an easy 5 stars.
The Shopify Messaging app is built in a way that is user friendly, you are able to customize the template with your branding. It is great that the past messaging can be reused and adjusted, which does not take too much of your time. You can monitor performance .
Incredibly simple layout with templates that are easy to customize with your branding. All the tools you would need for just about any email/message flow and can easily set up automation. Love that don't need a separate email platform.
