Their customer service is very responsive (we've had a great experience with Cole).
We've had to exercise some patience, as they are a young platform still adding features, but they've met our expectations on stability, scalability and customer support.
TapCart handled everything and we barely had to lift a finger. We could do as much or little as we wanted to, and still have a fully designed and deployed app. We've been live for a few months and already have a lot of downloads! Highly recommend their services.

The support team is tough to get in contact with. I've been trying to get our app launched for two weeks and even left voicemails but haven't been helped but I'm still being charged without the app being launched.

I started looking into getting an app back in 2017 and whew, I wish I did it then. Why did I wait so long! They had me up and fully running in only 2 short weeks. I had tasks I had to do, if I completed them it was such a breeze but they took care of mostly everything. Val is AMAZING, 10/10 recommend her to get you started and then Christina will be taking over from here. I look forward to working with Christina on my growth phase. 10/10 recommend Tapcart. My only complaint is I wish it was based more on sales than just a flat fee especially in the beginning. It does push me to really grow this sales channel and I think it's a great implementation for the business however it would be great to have Tapcart grow with me instead of me walking into spending $1300-$1400 a month after the 2 month free trial. Other than that I recommend it all. Sign up. Do what they ask you to do. Don't miss a meeting. Watch how fast and awesome the team is! I definitely recommend!

Love the functionality and appearance of the app. We were about to embark on the long journey of creating an app from scratch when Tapcart came along and they've yet to disappoint. We were getting conversions before even promoting it to our customers or running a sale! We're looking forward to the continued expansion of features Tapcart offers and converting more visitors into subscribers.
