Sky Pilot ‑ Digital Downloads

First, I am totally amazed at the customer service at SkyPilot, lightening fast and very helpful! Plus, the download service works spectacularly and we are LOVING it! Super easy to install, set up and use. We were able to start selling digital downloads quickly, with no fuss! Highly recommend!

The best program we've used to deliver our downloadable content. Support has been great in getting it up and running, and making sure our needs have been met. The best download app we have ever tried (and we've tried a lot of them). Sky Pilot has all the features we have ever needed (bulk uploading, the ability to apply the same download to multiple product variants, the ability to send new updated downloads to customers and notify them, etc.). We highly recommend.

Brilliant product! I previously tried 3 other app's for digital downloads, there is no comparison, this one blows the others away. Excellent value for money with useful seamless features that function beautifully. Also as other's have mentioned, it was super easy to set up and the customer service is outstanding.

Sky pilot is awesome to work with! They deliver our digital downloads flawlessly, and integrate with customer accounts so that our customers can login and see a full list of their past purchases. Our last digital download delivery app could not do this, and it makes for a much better customer experience.

I have been using Sky Pilot for just over a year now. I have never had any issue with emails being delivered and customers having access to their downloads. It is very easy to use.
I recently updated my theme and forgot to reenter the code to give access to downloads through customer accounts. They helped me fix it and responded to quickly to emails.

This app is very helpful. We sell digital products and it makes it possible for our customers to access their files via the Shopify store, eliminating the need for a duplicative CRM.

The best part about this APP? The service team. They are FANTASTIC. They really helped us get this store up quickly. And their manner of dealing with clients were top rate. I only hope our customer service team can operate at their level one day.
