Sky Pilot ‑ Digital Downloads

The Sky Pilot app is the most reliable and trustworthy app I've ever encountered. If I've ever had an issue it's due to user error, and that was once about 3 years ago. I've been relying on this app for digital delivery services in my store for approximately 5 years now and have NEVER had issues from customers or my end. My customers have reliable delivery, easy access to files, customer account login that's seamless and I have a backend that provides me with all the information I could require.
The enhancements that Sky Pilot has provided over the years have been seamless, to the point where I don't even notice a change has been applied unless it's visual. I have easily accessed new features for enhancing my experience and haven't even encountered a bug.
I recommend Sky Pilot to all individuals looking for digital content delivery upon customer purchase.

Sky Pilot has been one of those apps that is easy to take for granted - its always reliable, intuitive to use - I forget its not built right into Shopify. We've never had a problem delivering files.

Great app and customer service! I was using another app for sending digital files beforehand but I switched to Sky Pilot because the interface and user experience is much better, and with my current needs I don't think any other app can beat the price (I'm on the starter plan).

I'm giving 5 stars because I have had a really good experience with Sky Pilot - HOWEVER I would have liked to be able to sort my uploaded files into folders before attaching them to the products in my store. I sell digital sewing patterns for women, and for each design I have 1-2 style choices as well as 7 size categories (so up to 14 different categories of files for 1 product). So it's a bit of headache to match the right files with the right sub-product etc when you can't group the files in folders. BUT I have searched the marked for apps that can do this and it seems no app is offering this service anyway...

Stop looking around- this is the app you want! We tried other apps to solve the digital download problem and other options don't cut it. Sky Pilot is the best option and their support team is wonderful, hard-working in solving any issues you have. No canned replied, or non-answers- they will do everything they can to help you! Completely satisfied.

I create and sell digital machine embroidery designs and cut files, so I need a good download app. I switched to Sky Pilot, on the recommendation of a friend who also uses SP on her site, after my website 'exploded' (in a bad way) while using another company's app. Not only was I able to fix the download issues on my site, but I was able to load over 2000 previous purchases back into my customer's accounts! the UI is super simple to navigate, and tech support is amazing! I should have started off with Sky Pilot 3 years ago, I could have saved myself a ton of hassle over this past weekend. If you sell ANY sort of digital files, you NEED Sky Pilot.
