We take all feedback seriously, but we need to clarify a misunderstanding regarding Sky Pilot’s functionality.
Sky Pilot is strictly a digital file delivery application. Our sole role is to allow merchants to attach files to products and deliver them to their customers. We have no involvement in the creation of customer accounts or the processing of purchases. Any issues related to fraudulent orders or fake accounts are entirely outside of our system and should be addressed directly with Shopify.
While we cannot intervene in matters beyond the scope of our app, we remain available to assist with any questions or support related to file delivery and app functionality.

This is my first time selling a digital good - a video course. As a newbie, it was super straightforward and intuitive to get set up with Sky Pilot. And the only time I did have a question and used the live chat, I heard back from Saro instantly, and my question was answered straightaway. So far, so good!

Very good product and reasonable pricing! Only issue is a slight visual bug: When we have to send users a direct download link, it brings them to a page where the download link for the file is white text on a white rectangle background, and the hit-target for the link to download is only the lowest line of text, not the entire white box. So the users frequently get back in touch saying "where exactly do I download it?"
But if the team can address that bug, I'd give it 5 stars.
EDIT: The customer service team at Sky Pilot was very polite and responsive, and fixed this css bug. Thank you Sky Pilot!

We've used a few other apps to try to handle digital downloads, and Sky Pilot is by far my favorite. Fully functional (for my purposes, at least) in the free version, and the customer-facing experience is much better than the competition we've explored.
We use this for a package of downloads that is updated and expanded regularly, so I LOVE that it gives us the ability to update the products and push email notifications to previous purchasers.

Why is there no way to customize the description in the downloadable library? My item has a lot of text and now it takes half the screen with no formatting that I cannot change. Customers don't need to read all that after purchasing

In that email, we mentioned that the product description is pulled directly from your Shopify product page, and there are a couple of ways to adjust it. Ive only just started to use this app, big files take longer to upload. I did a test order and had to use my email as a log in on my website to access the file. I spoke to Nitesh who helped me disable this feature so I can access it straight away without logging in.

We understand that large file uploads can take some time, especially with files as large as 5GB, like yours. Unfortunately, that’s just the nature of big uploads.
We also noticed you mentioned needing to use your email to log in to access the file - we’re glad Nitesh was able to assist you in disabling that feature, so you can access the file directly without logging in.

What makes this app stand out are three things:
1 - excellent customer service anytime I have a question
2 - it makes it so easy to do things like make files from a past order expire immediately so that you can provide new files, change the files associated with a product going forward, add new downloads to a product, etc.
3 - create free downloads on the fly for customers

Sky Pilot was able to take what would be a grueling task of setting up digital products for our shop and made an easy integration for us to use. This is saving us precious time to spend on other projects as well as it provides our clients a way to upload their digital content sooner!
