Qikify Mega Menu & Navigation

Ich bin ziemlich spontan an einem Wochenende auf Qikify Mega Menu umgestiegen, nachdem meine bisherige App für das Mega-Menu plötzlich fehlerhaft war. Da ich bereits eine andere App von Qikify nutze, wusste ich, dass die Qualität stimmt, und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Oberfläche ist intuitiv und leicht verständlich. Als ich das CSS des mobilen Menüs anpassen wollte, hat mich Arian vom Support unglaublich schnell und kompetent unterstützt. Auch bei weiteren kleinen Anpassungen hat sie sofort verstanden, was ich meinte, und es direkt umgesetzt.

Ich habe Qikify für die Menügestaltung meines Shops installiert und bin wirklich begeistert. Die App ist einfach zu bedienen und fügt sich sehr gut in mein Theme ein. Besonders positiv ist jedoch der Support: Ich habe den Kundenservice bereits drei Mal kontaktiert und jedes Mal innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine hilfreiche Lösung erhalten. Die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit und Kompetenz sind absolut überzeugend. Insgesamt bin ich mehr als zufrieden und kann Qikify nur weiterempfehlen. Wenn es so bleiben sollte, absolut TOP!

Love this app! It has a lot of designs and options for the free version, which I really appreciate. So glad I stumbled across it from our previous app which did not let you add images and had only flyout-style menus. Also the customer service is quick to reply as well!

Although there were quite a few setup and technical issues during the installation process, the support team was incredibly quick and helpful. The menu looks great and offers various styles for effective navigation. Highly recommended!

I had a bit of trouble setting it up at the beginning because I don't use a standard Shopify theme. The support helped me very well. No time constraints, a lot of patience, everything was customized to my complete satisfaction. The mobile menu was also customized. I can only highly recommend the app and the support!

App works perfectly! We have quite a lot of collections. Mega menu solves this problem. Now all collections can be displayed. Support is also quick and extremely helpful.

Unfortunately, I can only give this app one star. For $20 a month, I expect quick support. The app lacks settings to visualize the design. If you make the background black and the text white in the top menu with the search bar, the icon and the placeholder text in the search field will also be white. So you only have a white bar. You can't change the background color of the search bar separately either.

There are no settings for spacing in the submenu. There are predefined spacings, but they are much too large in the distance jumps. Furthermore, the entire submenu has a thin white frame. So if you use a darker background, the menu looks like a website with frames, like from the 2000s.

In my opinion, support should respond within 8 hours. At $20 a month, this app isn't exactly cheap considering that it can't do much and it lacks the most basic settings that should actually be a given in this day and age.

Conclusion:

If you have expectations of a good construction kit, then I definitely cannot recommend this app at this point in time. Because it lacks professional implementation and good support. Because it takes too long to arrive.
