App eccellente e supporto straordinario! Ho contattato il team ancora prima di installare l'app per assicurarmi che potesse gestire il mio caso d'uso (tariffe per peso con supplemento per CAP di zone disagiate in Italia, sul piano Basic), e mi hanno confermato che era possibile.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a Jason, che è intervenuto durante la chat e ha spiegato tutto con una chiarezza e una pazienza incredibili. Ha trovato il workaround perfetto per la mia configurazione e si è assicurato che capissi ogni passaggio.
