Solved my problem in 2 minutes. I was trying to find a solution to hide the expensive shipping rates for free shipping promotions for a long time. When i found the app, it solved the problem in 2 minutes. Thank you very much!
Downloaded this as I wanted to hide the 'Ship to' option in checkout for products we only offer as collection. Couldn't get it to work, even after talking with their support (they tried to be helpful but were too vague when it comes to Shopify terminology to be of use, and were slow to respond - twice my help session timed out because they hadn't replied). Either the product is badly worded as to what it does, or it's broken. Might work better for other purposes, but I tried to configure queries in a dozen different ways, all with zero affect. Waste of a couple of hours.

I'm the founder, and I want to give this a better answer than my original reply did.
First, the support experience: you're right, it was slow and too vague, and losing your session twice waiting for a reply is genuinely bad. Your ticket landed with someone new who didn't know Shopify's terminology well enough yet, which is not an excuse, just what happened. Support escalations come straight to me now, partly because of this review.
On the actual problem: the "Shipping" and "Pick up" tabs at checkout can't be hidden on Shopify, not by our app, not by any app; that part of checkout is locked by the platform itself. What our app can do is block all shipping rates for collection-only products, so a customer can't actually complete an order with shipping even though the tab is still visible. Our support should have told you that plainly in the first ten minutes, and if our listing gave you the impression the tab itself could go, that's on us for the wording, which we've since tightened.
If you ever want to give that rate-blocking setup a try, email me and I'll configure it with you personally. And either way, thank you for the detailed write-up. It was uncomfortable to read and more useful than most praise 🙂

Highly recommended app for complex shipping scenarios. We have multiple shipping conditions according sizes and differences in variants of on product in our shop. Shopify has no solution out of the box, since years. This app was the solution.

This app is fantastic! Highly recommended! It does exactly what I’ve wanted to do for years.
It’s easy to install, and I can set it up easily on my own. I only need a simple function, which is hiding urban delivery options when customers enter their rural address using a postcode. For such a simple function like this, most apps on the market charge way too much. I’m glad the developer is willing to share this app for free. They have more functions in this app, which I will explore later.
Very useful at reorganising delivery methods. I'm personally using it to lower the order of less convenient delivery methods and to remove certain products from the Free Delivery deal running on my site.
