Fantastic support and service from Reymar and the Smart Shipping Rates team.
We had a fairly complex shipping setup involving postcode-based Metro, Regional and Remote zones, weight-based rates, free shipping thresholds and multiple shipping options. Reymar was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and had everything configured much faster than I expected.

The support team at SMART Shipping Rates & Rules are OUTSTANDING! We have rolled out a nationwide shipping plan in less than 5 days. The rules are highly complicated. The SMART team have been outstanding in the inital roll-out and now the fine adjusting as I make small changes to the plan. I find the support the best of any app I have ever worked with.
