I have been using this app since the beginning and I have never felt the need to look for another e-mail marketing app. It's super user-friendly and takes care of all the requirements of a business. The staff is super helpful and they go above and beyond to seek customer satisfaction via their product and services. I definitely recommend this app!!

Like most, we have made the shift from MailChimp to Smartrmail due to the falling out with Shopify. Regarding the system, so far so good. We are still very new to the program however everything seems to be running seamlessly. Overall the support has been exceptional, super helpful and speedy response. Pretty happy from where I am standing Thanks guys!
I am pretty new to this and used this app to send newsletters to a fairly small email list. I like the premade templates whereby I can put my newsletter/blog in there and then have places a recipient can click to buy. It's funny, I end up clicking the metrics (open rate, click rate) a few times daily to check how many are responding... Great app, great price...
Great except for these issues:
1. When I duplicate a newsletter, the size of images and border colors of buttons are different from the original newsletter. I've reached out several times and have been told to create from template. What is the purpose of the duplicate newsletter feature then?
2. When I duplicate a newsletter, it doesn't appear in the "Drafts" tab.

Thank you for your feedback, it looks like you experienced an issue with the "Copy as draft" option. The behavior described here is not the way SmartrMail is supposed to work, thank you for reporting this. As mentioned by our team through our in-app chat, this issue in your account was fixed on the 11th of September, allowing all your future "Copy as draft" actions to work as expected. Just starting our venture into the online retail space, SmartrMail has been a true blessing. I looked at several different applications for email campaigns and this was the best I could find for the money. it's so easy to use and the customer service has been outstanding! I really love this app and the people behind it. Has most of the functionality of the previous app I was using, but with SmartrMail you can speak to/message with real people. People who are helpful and can help navigate. The only reason for a 4 star v. 5 star review is because I’d like to see bit more functionality and design elements. BUT, I know these are in the works.
The trial was great because you get ALL of the features of the app now that I have signed up for an actual plan I feel like you shouldn't have to pay for the unlimited plan in order to get the abandon browse automation. I just think it is a bit excessive to be paying that price to get that one feature added. I think 19.99 may be a bit much. Time will tell if it's really worth it.

We needed a Mailchimp replacement and I’d seen SmartrMail mentioned when looking for recommendations. The UI seemed pretty simple and things like smart segments and automation seemed to be ready to go out of the box. Support has also been really good during our trial period. Pricing structure is cheaper and more flexible than Mailchimp and reporting gives a clear insight to costs and ROI.
Their customer service is AMAZING! Seriously, they're legit. They get back to you within the same day of your trouble and are always willing to get their hands dirty and dig into your account to help! I love that hands on experience! Their platform is super easy to navigate too. Definitely recommend for small businesses just getting started. This is definitely the e-mail platform for you.
