Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Good for point tracking and rewards as long as you have everything set up exactly as needed before issuing any points or rewards. Many limitations with rewards that support did not have a solution for. Hard to make any adjustments or updates to rewards once they are in place and running.

So far customer service is very helpful. They actually continue to reach out until my questions are answered which is so rare. So far my rewards program isn't life changing, but I really hope customers start utilizing it!

Great app and features even with only using the free plan. I reached out for support with something and Shelby was very fast with responding and gave me great tips with detailed instructions on how to help me and it worked! I am satisfied and would recommend especially for small businesses who can’t afford an expensive plan but want to offer rewards to their customers.

The pricing and lack of features has gotten out of control. We are unsure how Smile calculates the 500 order threshold, but it is not accurate. Beware of the bait and switch for pricing and features that should be included but behind paywalls. You'll be paying $200/month shortly.

We constantly get customer complaints how hard it is to redeem rewards. We have been loyal customers, but it is time to move on and I would bet many are looking for ways out.

This app is excellent. Setup was simple, customization is straightforward, and most importantly, it’s really user friendly for our customers, making it easy for them to sign in and start earning points right away.

The design is minimalist and clean, and it integrates seamlessly with our site.

It’s also highly flexible, with plenty of options to let customers earn points in different ways.

I had a question about some features and reached out to support. They responded quickly and followed up to make sure everything was resolved and working smoothly.

Great app that has helped boost sales and customer experience already. When reaching out for support with a query, Joana replied within 2 hours (on a weekend too!) and was incredibly helpful with my multiple queries. Highly recommend.

Smile is a great program, though the price is a lot for me as a small business, so I have downgraded back to the free one. I had it for about a year on the paid plan. I would prefer a yearly cost so hopefully once my sales have grown to over 100 orders a month they will have this option.
