The ConvertWay is an excellent application for communcating with your customers through Whatsapp & SMS. I have been using TCW since last 3 years and have been able to connect very well with my customers using their campaigns & automation flows. One of the worst support team . Till the time you board on their platform , all help is there for asking . Thereafter no one bothers to solve your issues . Avoid
I had cancelled this App a month ago, and the owner still charged me 36 dollars. This is illegal! You do refund me this month that I sent you via e-mail immediately!
