I recently got to know about this app and have been using it for a week or so. Until now the experience has been quite smooth and exhilarating. For the first time I am able to experience an automation and integration of all the various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, whatsapp and shopify. I cant wait to see what else this app has to offer in terms of its amazing capabilities. All the best to the developers, hope they keep on building such amazing apps in the future.

This product is truly exceptional! We experienced conversions immediately from the moment we started using it. The customer service is outstanding, providing world-class assistance. Whenever I had issue with Facebook and Instagram integrations, they offered to help me immediately and guide me through every step by jumping on a call with me. I have always received solution for all issues immediately I'm eagerly anticipating the new features that they will be releasing in the future. Managing Instagram and Facebook comments and DMs was always a pain, thankfully we got to know about Spur and downloaded it immediately! There are a lot of good things about this app -
1) The automation features are perfect and work seamlessly
2) The onboarding is super simple and most of the things are already done, it took us 3 minutes to connect everything and set up

The best WhatsApp marketing app so far found by me. Best customer support I could ever imagine! They are very responsive and SPUR team is open for any future improvements. They have the whole automation section with pre-made ready to deploy automations, broadcasts works perfect and they have plenty of other marketing tools worth to try.
