CR ‑ Store Pickup/Delivery

This app has been a lifesaver for my small retail shop. Due to the pandemic, we have had to convert most of our business to online ordering with contactless pickup at the store. This app enhances the customer experience because it makes it possible for customers to order online and schedule their pickup date and time in advance. On our end, it helps us to organize our workflow and control how many orders we can accept within a given time frame. Best of all, the customer support is AMAZING. Constantin helped me figure out how to make the app work for my store's needs. Great app!

After trying another pick up app that didn't work the way I wanted it to, I researched other options and narrowed my choices down to three. I decided to give Store Pickup Click and Collect a try because the reviews mentioned good customer service AND because I thought if it didn't work I could easily uninstall and try something else. Well, I am here to tell you that I found the app for us! Not only does the pick up app work well, Constantin is so responsive to questions and helped with a bunch of little tweaks to ensure everything about order fulfillment worked the way I wanted as well. As a result of COVID changes to our business we transitioned our business from in person retail sales to a curbside model, exclusively online. Finding the Store Pickup Click and Collect app was our dream come true. Constantin has been a gem in helping me with special needs to make my shop work EXACTLY the way I need it to. Thanks to his assistance, and the app, we successfully launched a pre=order site for the Thanksgiving holiday. He tailored product availability, cutoff times and we had more orders than ever before. Very pleased with this app. We installed it quickly to begin curbside pickup during Covid and it's been really smooth. I had one interaction with the developers and they were super responsive, polite and quick to answer my questions. I would recommend this app for it's ease of use and professional tech support.
UPDATE JAN 2021: Constantin has been incredibly responsive to our questions and responds super quickly. We had a few questions early on and he was incredibly helpful and professional. This app works seamlessly and the professionalism of the developer is outstanding. This app is worth every penny and has saved our business by allowing safe curbside pick up.

Update - I just upgraded to Shopify 2.0, I contacted the developer on Friday night and by Saturday morning he had already made the amendments requirement - fantastic support!!! 18/11/2023

Fantastic app. Most important feature of this app I could not find elsewhere is the ability to exclude collections and / or products individually from collection. Really easy installation.
App developer helped me with changing some formatting and customising.
I messaged him at around 10am and he was straight on the case - all changes implemented by 10.30am.
Seriously good customer service. Many thanks to the creator of this app!

This app was recommended by Shopify customer support. We are very much satisfied with this app because it is easy to use and as soon as we offered a FREE pickup option using this app, our conversion increased, PLUS Constantin is very responsive to all our queries and comes up with the solutions to cater for the unique needs of our business. He is very helpful and you can always count on him. This app also saved us the hassle of having to set up another location in Shopify for the only reason of being able to offer our customers a FREE third party local pickup option when all our orders are being fulfilled from 1 location only. Highly recommended, this app is worth it.

If I could give higher than 5 stars I would! We have been using Click and Collect to help us manage our curbside pick-up Take Away meal business for the past couple of months. We were happy with its overall performance as it was the only app we could find that would allow the mandatory pick up of certain product collections (aka block shipping). We are now ELATED with the service as we reached out to support to see if they could help with a few custom features that we were looking for to take our pick-ups to the next level. Constantin from support replied almost instantaneously, I swear faster than people on my own team, and had a solution developed for us within a day!

This app has made our online shopify site much easier to communicate to our customers that we are a curbside pickup shop only. Prior to this we were having to refund orders that assumed we would provide shipping even though our main page stated we did not provide that service. Constantin worked with us to help clarify that we were a pickup Instore site only and eliminated all confusion for the customers. The pickup information collected at checkout will be a huge bonus for us to make sure we get the customer email and cell as well as a time and date for pickup. We also now have a way to send them notification after we fulfill the order. Prior to the app we could not send this because it confused customer with tracking data that is standard dialog for shopify itself. Constantin worked with us on our needs for the app to work seamlessly and efficiently for our store. We gave him limited access to our site. He even worked this out for us on a Saturday. Above and beyond and would recommend this app to anyone else needing help with pickup instore issues.
