CR ‑ Store Pickup/Delivery

Nice and smoothly working app - we use it since ~1,5 month. We had an error today, the pickup button wasn't clickable any more. Contacted support by email and within 30 minutes Constantin fixed the issue. Can highly recommend this app - of course there are other apps but for us it provides all needed features (in Germany) and the pricing is fair. Great and fast service - thank you Constantin. Need led an app that will make it easy for our customers to pickup orders from the store by selecting their pickup date before checkout and this app works like magic. It gives us the ability to include a two day grace period for orders to be processed. The developers were amazing at responding to our queries within an hour and resolved our concerns. The price for the this app is incredible compared to other apps we tried. Get it!!!!!!

We have been using this app for over a year and it has helped immensely in organizing store pickups and managing customers orders. Anytime we have run into a complication or an issue with how we set it up or changed a setting Constatine has been an absolutely fantastic help answering messages and solving the issue quickly and in a super friendly and helpful manner explaining what the issue was and how he fixed it while making it all seem like no big deal!

Just needed to have the "In Store Pick-Up" for the holiday season. When we added it the button kind of got lost in the mix of the other things on our checkout page. We also had an issue with the added information fields overlapping our current fields.

We emailed support to see if they could fix it. They got back to us quick and fixed both our problems! They even used our store color for the button. It now works just as we wanted it to.

Quite a good app with one obvious limitation: you can't black out hours for pick up, just days from purchase and the max number of days until pick up that a customer can select. I would like to be able to schedule same day pick up potentially depending on the time purchased and our remaining open hours, however it will only let me schedule next day or same day but no time allowance for readying the order if we choose same day. Constantin's support however, is ALWAYS top notch!

Couldn't be happier with the functionality and user experience this app has given me. I've been using it trouble-free for about 6 months now. During that time, I've needed some help from the developer to implement some enhancements. Each time I've reached out via email, I've received the help I needed within minutes - even though I'm based in Australia! Where else do you get responsive service like this? Happy to recommend to anyone who needs what this app offers. Thanks guys.

I am a newbie at developing websites. I definitely do not know code, or any other html language, but I needed to get a website up and running ASAP where we could have customers choose a pick up time. The Store Pickup Click and Collect was so easy to use and set up. Their help desk is amazing and answered all of my questions super quick. All of our customers are telling us how easy our website was to check out, pay and select a curbside pick up time. I would highly recommend this app.

Never in my life have I given a more well-earned 5 star rating. Constantin is amazingly responsive. His app has taken our business to another level due to all the features Store Click and Collect offers. Last year, we struggled mightily to keep pickups organized, and now it's an afterthought. Beyond that, we have some pretty special needs for our business, and Constantin responds typically within minutes. I cannot recommend this app, or it's developer enough! I've give it 100 stars if I could.

This is the perfect solution for stores that do not ship some or all of their items. We are in the furniture business and do not ship, we need items picked up from our brick and mortar locations. No matter how it is set in Shopify, it shows shipping FREE. This app completely resolves the issue and we have it set where customers have to enter the day they are picking up & their info. We added this app back in March 2020 to respond to the COVID-19 crisis and lockdown in our area. It quite literally saved our business by allowing us to offer curbside pickup to our customers. We are forever grateful and thankful for this app. An added bonus is the customer service is awesome! I would recommend this app to any company looking for a more customizable curbside pickup experience. The ability to tag orders based on time and location makes it easy to filter orders and ensure everything is ready for pickup at the designated times.
