CR ‑ Store Pickup/Delivery

This app has worked great for us to schedule local pickups while our storefront remains closed during COVID. Customers seems to find it easy to use and set-up was great for us. We have needed to make a couple of minor adjustments and the developer has been super responsive and has helped us with anything we've asked. Highly recommend tryin g this app if you need something flexible and easy to use!

This app has been awesome! Our local customers love the store pickup option. It is very easy to install and get going. We needed a few changes made and Constantin responded to my email almost immediately. That level of customer service paired with this app is well worth it. We tried other options and this is by far the best way to do it. This app is a must have if you need a store pickup option!

Very easy to use app and installation was quick and straight forward. With 100% of our store operating as in-store pickup through orders on our site this app is perfect. It allows me to easily update pickup times on the fly if I have to leave, as well as planning ahead. When reaching out about making tweaks and adding different options to the site Constantin responded and helped me out within the hour! We've used this app now for almost a year and never had a single issue. Recently we went through a web redesign which left the instore pickup button not as visible as it once was. I emailed the devs and withing 5 minute they emailed back, wen't onto my store and updated the colour and positioning of the button to make it stand out again!

Like many, we had to start offering curbside pick up for our family owned retail store. Lacking some computer skills I was concerned about doing this on my own. I cannot even begin to express my complete satisfaction with the app AND the customer service. Every single question I had was answered literally within minutes and fixed. This app is exactly what we needed in order to build a complicated pickup structure! We use it to allow guests to order items to pickup at rotating event locations - this app allows us to add unique locations for each event location, blackout days on a location by location basis, and lets us require a custom field for pickup (event booking #). Developer was responsive and very helpful with my set up questions!
