Subi Subscriptions App

I haven't been using the program for very long, but it's well-structured, has extensive tools, and is suitable for use in any field, especially in the service sector. A very good solution at a very fair price!

Je débute tout juste avec Subi, les fonctionnalités sont intéressantes pour mettre en place un système d'abonnement dans son offre. J'ai été accompagné par l'IA au début et les réponses étaient là puis c'est Harry qui a ensuite pris le relais et s'est montré d'une grande aide dans la résolution de mes problématiques, merci encore !!

Service client catastrophique, SAV inexistant, + de 3 mois sans réponses, 8 semaines entre chaque réponse précédente, font comme s’ils ne comprenaient pas et s’ils n’avaient pas reçu mes messages (je précise que je développe 15 à 40 sites par mois qui nécessitent des abonnements et cela fait des mois que j’attends des retours)

Yo ya venía trabajando con esta app para una suscripción pero queríamos agregar un nuevo producto (con funcionalidades que no contaban). El equipo puso nivel de colaboración al máximo, al punto de poder lograr lo que necesitábamos y en sólo unos días.

The biggest advantage for me: the design of the widget is completely customised to your wishes by the very fast support (less than 30 minutes after request)

Muy simple y buena. Necesita mejorar en la forma de calcular descuentos, sobre todo si existen descuentos activos. El soporte es muy bueno, siempre dispuestos a apoyarte.

J'ai choisi le plan gratuit pour commencer avec un produit que mes clients peuvent acheter chaque mois. C'est un widget tout simple et facile d'utilisation . le support technique est en ligne en direct si vous avez besoin d'aide, je recommande !

Je trouve l'application super, j'ai installé ca pour ma marque, je n'ai pas encore fais des ventes mais c'est bien que ca nous permet de faire des ventes jusqu'à 300$ pour tester l'application, le service client est réactif moi j'ai eu Stella au chat qui a répondu a toute mes questions. Ensuite j'ai eu Rick qui est venu a l'aide car je n'arriver pas l'installer sur ma page produit il m'a guidé de A-Z pour faire tout. Merci pour l'application et de votre service. Je recommande
