Yotpo: Loyalty Rewards Program

Wow, an incredibly robust loyalty program even at the Free level with top notch customer service. Twice I had to reach out to Josh through Chat (my own oversights) and within a few minutes he explained what I needed to know in a friendly, professional manner. There is a direct Chat portal in the Swell admin page, they make setting it up and getting support as easy as can be.

This app is great to create customer engagement and retention. It works very well and is easy to set up. Every time we needed help with this app or any of the others by Yotpo the team has been very helpful, super knowledgeable and fast to respond. We dealt with Joseph for some issues setting up and he was very accurate, helpful and fast to take care of it. Highly recommend!

The SWELL app provides access to important tools for engaging customers and enhancing their experience shopping your online store. So far we have seen improvement in our site's appearance, sales, and newsletter sign ups. Nice customer services with quick response, the app supported a lot of function without paying it, great tools for beginners. I have encountered some difficulties during my usage, the customer service associate Ritchie helped me with back coding and solved the problem eventually, they are very attentive to users and I think it worths the money to pay for the service they provided.

Swell Rewards is by far the best shopify rewards program out there. The free version comes with tons of flexibility and features, and the paid version allows you to more seamlessly integrate the program into your store. The support is fast and courteous - Josh helped me set the program up and gave some great advice on how the program could be tweaked to best suit my needs. A plus app!

Yotpo has been a really great partner and has helped us launch a successful rewards program. Account reps have been very helpful and forthcoming with strategic recommendations. Support has been exceptionally knowledgeable and quick to help with questions, reporting, and trouble-shooting. The assistance from their team and ability to self-serve has made our program very easy to manage.

If the app is anything like its support you'll be in for a real treat. The functionality of Yotpo is brilliant but their customer service is even better. Zero waiting times, I've used them twice today and both team members (especially Leonard G) showed incredible knowledge, gave fantastic support and above all else, were very patient! I would highly recommend using Yopto, we have Reviews, SMS and Loyalty set up with them and have no interest in looking elsewhere.

The overall experience with the Yotpo app is great. Easy to use, and the dashboard is simple. I also want to shout out to Yotpo's customer service team. I have reached out to the team multiple times for help, and their agent's response to the chat was pretty fast. Their team makes me feel like my question is being well taken care of because the team is willing to spend time investigating the issue.
