The chatbot saves us A BUNCH of time. We have cut our customer support load in half. Also the integration to see order status and delivery information is amazing.

Have been using this app for almost an year... now suddenly the option to send products directly from the chat have been removed from the free plan. Absolutely disappointed.

The Native Shopify Integration features have grown over time to become a powerful tool, which helps generate revenue. That is why it was moved from the Free plan to the Communicator plan, which in fact is our cheapest paid plan. I understand that this is a crucial feature for your business, and taking into account all the other great features and the value that the Communicator brings for the money spent, it would be a great choice and a thing to consider. Utilicé esta app y me ha funcionado de maravillas, solucionó el problema con carritos abandonados a demás de que ha sido muy útil para lograr ventas en mi tienda online. El servicio al cliente por chat super efectivo

Quería una app para chat que no necesitara WhatsApp y esta me ha sorprendido por su calidad. Tiene muchísimas funcionalidades sorprendentes. El modo gratis está bien. Quizá, por poner un pero, diría que para tiendas con poco volumen como la mía, las funcionalidades extra por 39€ son un poco excesivas. No digo que no lo valgan, pero si fuera un poco más económico sí que las pagaría.

比較してレビューします。
- Inboxでは、チャット中の未送信テキストが見えないが、Tidioでは見える
- Inboxでは、チャット中のお客様が見ているページが見えないが、Tidioでは見える（お客様の言葉が足りないときに、商品ページを見ると分かりやすい）
- Inboxでは、複数サイトの切り替えが非常に面倒だが、Tidioはそうでもなさそう（試してはいない）
- Inboxでは、Botの自動応答フローが非常に簡易だが、Tidioはかなりきめ細かくスムーズな会話の流れが作れる
といいところを書いてきましたが、不満がないわけではありません。
- UIは日本語化されていない
- 瞬間的に表示されるメッセージも英語のみ（お客様がびっくりしそう）
- 送ったメッセージを訂正／削除できない
以前に比べて通知が強くなり、送られたメッセージに気づかないケースは激減しました。
また、お客様に見えるメッセージがごく一部英語なのが多少気になりますが、まあ致命的ではないかな・・
全体としては。課金する価値が充分あるアプリです。
