I love Tidio Chat. I use it on two different stores, and couldn't be happier with the product, customizable features, and the customer service of the staff running the app.
I do however have a request that there be an integration made between Tidio and Slack. That would be amazing, seriously!
Easy to setup, easy to use. The interface to create your own chatbot is really cool and user friendly! I immediately was able to use this to chat with some customers and add additional items they were looking for without leaving my website, keeping them engaged. First day the app paid for itself.

This app is amazing - and so far I’m only in the free version. The customer service is spot on! I’ve had a couple minor issues I couldn’t figure out. Hit the chat button and within seconds someone was there and the problem was resolved. I love, love the chat bots! WTG Tidio! Keep up the good work

I love Tidio. It's simple, it works, and I can schedule my available hours. It also forwards to my email platform when I'm not available. I've set it up on three websites that all go to my one chat box, so I can deal with Europe and USA at the same time. Absolutely wonderful documentation and support. Highly recommended.

Great app to communicate with customers. Gives you a lot of helpful information about the customer (location, cart, etc.) and is customisable to a great extent. Unfortunately, some features just turn off when the free trial period is over without knowing that they will (we thought only the number of admins will go down to one).
Incredible livechat app! Integrated seamlessly with Messenger and a super user friendly interface. A steal for both the free, basic option as well as paid! Customer service becomes much easier and helps with conversions when potential buyers understand what they're purchasing on the spot.

Extremely well designed and thought out — they did this right! It was a great experience interacting with our first customer just a minute ago and then seeing that person start to checkout. We are still adjusting a lot of things with our site to reduce friction, and it's nice to have a little site helper always there to cover the bases. Thx Tidio folks!!

I just installed the app and although I didnt have enough time yet to experience the daily operational part of the app, I want to say that the customer service is impeccable. We just got this app and it is like the #1 chat app on shopify if you want a convenient and easy to use app to chat with your customers then this app is the best option. What really impressed me was that they have a IOS app and a ANDroid app which is sooooooo convenient easily a must have app for any shopify store.
