Tidio is super helpful for us as a small business to manage customer enquiries quickly and more efficient. Though I find setting up automated chat bots is a bit tricky, their customer service is fast and very helpful. They even gave me some more ideas on how to use it and how to better interact with customers! Thanks Tidio :)

I was hesitant to use a chat because we already had WhatsApp. However, in just a few months, Tidio has really made a huge difference in our conversion rate, The chatbots are great and our customers love the idea to talk to an agent. We are very happy to have Tidio. It has been a great investment, and the customer service is great!

I really like this app.. I really like the option to hide the chat icon on the Mobile version and the additional features like chatbots, Email & Messenger integrations are very good. I would really love to see if they can integrate text messaging into this either intergrating with text providers like textline or some other alternatives..

This app is extremely useful and well made. It has multilingual built-in features and the bots are incredibly helpful for increasing sales and subscribers.

This app is great, even with just the free basic plan it a whole package if you have a smaller store. Love the chatbots and how they're able to pull info from orders and shipping locations from Shopify automatically without staff help. Their support is also great! I use it so much they're probably sick of me but they always resolve the issue.

I installed this because I wanted a live chat app on my site. It took about 5 minutes total to set up from start to finish, including tweaking to my preferences. Don't look anywhere else, I did the research already this is the winner! Jan in customer service helped get everything perfect. Really fast response and help customizing thanks again!

I love this app! It was recommended to me by our web designer. We used it for about two months and then I had some customization I wanted to add after becoming familiar with it. The chat app on the Tidio page helped me create a custom response bot for when I was unavailable and even helped me set up a Zapier Zap to send responses directly to my email. Amazing!
This app is amazing and love all the ways you can customize the experience. Love the desktop/mobile app features that provide flexibility to respond promptly anywhere I am. Well, this is the best chat option (with a lot of very useful automations) you can find on Shopify, seriously. They know what we do, and how to do it. The chat looks super professional & premium on the Free version. Very impressive.
They advised that are going to deliver a full integration with Zapier and the installation is literally 1 click. So, yes, 5 stars app.
