Bugs in the set up process has made the TikTok shop completely unusable for my store. TikTok help center, support, and support tickets have not been helpful or responsive.
way too many technical issues, up to date it still will not connect to our tiktok shop no matter how many times we try, it just loads the tiktok shop page and nothing else happens and in the app is continues to say setup in progress. consistent lack of customer service. very disappointing
It is a good app. A little difficult to navigate for beginners (like me), but keep clicking and you can figure it out
I struggled with my login details at first but you just have to take your time, remember your login details and carefully input the correct data and this app integration is pretty easy user friendly and instant.

Was super easy and integrated with Shopify. Now moving on to catalog and prmotion.
It's pretty easy to set up. I had no problems and I have tons of items :).
