Why does it ask for SSN or ITIN to set up tiktok shop? Literally wouldn't give that away to anyone and no other social platform asks for it.

this is only for marketing and won't let me add my tiktok shop so I can't manage my orders in one place.
This could be better an easier to set up tik tok shop. This needs a better way to connect with Shopify stores.
Setup of the app was easy and within a couple of days running a few ads I got the ROI on my investment.
As a newly found entrepreneur i am very aware that having a strong social media presence when it comes to creating a community who relate to your product and want to be apart of. TikTok is one of the best new apps to create a digital footprint.

Easiest setup of a pixel and sales channel ever. Everything was autofilled and pixel installed seamlessly
we set pup different tik tok accounts and always some trouble, today was the first time it works for the first moment, hope the set up will be good waiting for the confirmation otherwise we have to give again O stars.
