I removed all of my products from TikTok Shop through Shopify because the support experience has been absolutely terrible. Technically, nothing is working...
Whenever an issue comes up, getting actual help is nearly impossible. There is no real support, the live chat is broken or useless most of the time, and emails either get ignored or answered with generic copy-paste responses days later. Impossible to set-up a store (all docs rejected...)
For a platform that expects businesses to trust them with orders, customers, and revenue, this level of support is beyond unacceptable. Problems stay unresolved while sellers are left wasting hours trying to contact someone who can actually help.
TikTok Shop completely fails at that. Obviously the only low IQ ppl use this platform, but they are also customers.....
