We canceled this subscription 19 months ago and a representative Francis confirmed in writing that it was done.
They even admitted in an email that one month had been charged by mistake and guaranteed the cancellation would go through.
It never did.
They kept charging us $299 every single month for 19 months — $5,681 total — and we only caught it when we checked the app. Now they owe us that money back. Check your statements if you ever tried to cancel with this company.
So so so happy with this app!

We stumbled upon the tool by chance, looking for options to effectively integrate our UGC content on the web. Although we have only been using it for a short time, we are very happy with the support team and setting up everything is very easy and with many options. Wesley and Gilbert are very nice and so far they have totally met our expectations. We will see how it performs over the next few weeks.... I'm sure it will be great!

Os videos carregam bem no site e o visitante não tem problemas. Mas seu dashboard é muito lento. Os produtos não carregam, para vincular produtos aos vídeos você precisa ter bastante paciência.

Really happy with our Tolstoy experience so far. We use it for an interactive video faq and to display and explain out products better with content we originally produce for social media. I think it's a very nice feature which boosts the appearance of our shop. Also the customer service is excellent. Quick and competent answers. Thank you Niezl for helping us do some quick fixes. Excited to see how Tolstoy boosts our performance in the long run.
