I have had Trendsi for a while now and I love how easy it is to import products as well as the customer service. The products are stylish and I love that some of the products have videos, you can see the style and stretch of the clothing. I had a quick question for customer service and spoke with Dave, while Trendsi did not have the specific function I wanted, he could find me a workaround and save me a little time. Trendsi is excellent for new businesses.

Trendsi takes all of the stress out of being a small online fashion store owner. We have been able to save so much time on editing product descriptions with their "done for you" listings and their selection of products and vendors are fantastic. Gretle in customer service has been so helpful in quickly finding answers to my questions and I love having support 24/7.

Do not use them. They are terrible at processing and shipping. Customer ordered 1 item and it was still processing after 2 weeks. They claimed it didn't pass quality inspection 3 times and that was the reason for the delay. They lie just so you don't ask them to cancel the order. If you want to have to do multiple refunds, use them, If not DO NOT USE THEM.

BY FAR the best dropshipping experience on the web. Trendsi not only has fantastic product imaging, a consistent drop schedule and personalized branded packaging, but their support team is amazing. I interact regularly with their support people and they are always quick, kind and extremely helpful which is not the case with most retailers! I was having some issues setting up shipping on my Shopify account to link with Trendsi until Raymart helped me out. He did such a great job explaining, I felt compelled to write a review. Raymart made the process easy, giving me screenshots with arrows which explained exactly what to do. I feel more confident now with the shipping set up all thanks to him. My store is now ready for customers.

I am new to Trendsi and dropshipping. I have to say, Trendsi has made my venture into starting my online boutique easy peasy. Their selection of items is superb, and their customer service has been spectacular so far. I have done a few online chats and they have been very fast with responses and given great answers. My most recent chat with Angelo was great. He answered my question in a matter of 30 seconds. I would highly recommend Trendsi to everyone.

The support is 5 star (Gretle, Mia, Lhirose, and Raymart) and have always had all the answers to my questions, and have helped out a TON.
Why not 5 stars? I think there needs to be adjustments to their collections (seeing new imported products before sending to Shopify on the Collections list), or the ability send a new collections from Trendsi to Shopify, and the collection is created in Shopify

I want to thank Gretl for her upbeat and encouraging help today with questions I really should've had the answers to and she was so patient. Her knowledge and professionalism are a delight. Thank you, Gretl! Recently I needed help and my Trendsi rep was there again to be my guide. I appreciate their consistent professional and friendly help. I'm happy to be able to expand my shop to include a nice line of women's clothing. The app is easy to use, and the selection is nice. I had a few initial questions that were answered quickly and with professionalism. I anticipate only good things for my shop now that I've added Trendsi. **As an update to this review, I'd like to add that the customer service I always receive is stellar with every person I've had address my concerns being friendly and professional as well as having the expertise they need to resolve my issue and guide me toward a resolution.
