I just had my first experience with Trendsi customer service via their online chat feature and I was SUPER impressed! I thought the drop-shipping process would be problematic especially when it comes to following up on my customers orders. The Customer Service I received from Gretle to my surprise was phenomenal. She promptly answered all my questions regarding the customer order and when should they expect to received their order.

Gretle is awesome. Great help in answering all my questions, and helped me with the onboarding process. They are great and quick to respond. I don't have much else to say right now as I just signed up, but very easy to use and set up :). I'm excited to start :)
Status Update:
Still extremely happy with Trendsi. They are super helpful and really are 24/7 as I've asked questions late at night too :). It's easy to process orders and pretty much everything is done on their side, which makes it super helpful when dealing with Shopify.
Joel and Harold were great and offered great tips for me to get more sales, for which I am going to take them up on it :). Thanks for all the assistance, guys! I appreciate it so much :).
