Customer service has been excellent. The team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. We made changes part-way through and needed updates to our account, everything was handled quickly and smoothly.

Totally awesome that the customer service is non existent.

Integration problem. I can't install the store application. The system says I'm already using the app, but I can't log in.
The chat on the website and email support does not answer. No help.

We use TripleWhale religiously to track attribution across all channels.

Would love to at least try and get this app off the ground but can't start due to an error in my set up and absolutely no customer service available for help...

Awesome tool! Analytics dashboard is awesome, but the real value is the attribution pixel.
