Merchants say this app is excellent for seeing true net profit in one place, combining COGS, ad spend, shipping, fees, and refunds. They highlight detailed per-order and product P&L, strong COGS and shipping cost management, and accurate ad spend integrations with Meta and Google. Many report better decisions, clearer unit economics, and that it replaces spreadsheets. Support is described as fast, proactive, and very helpful with setup.

Do not recommend, beware of extremely high extra hidden costs.
App is working okay, but we had a uplift in sales for 2 months, which is why we were charged QUADRUPLE the amount we pay for our subscription PLUS the subscription fee. We did not get any notification that the orders will now cost something. Other Apps handle this differently which is why we will switch to an app that is more transparent. Also support did nothing, to compensate us, even though we upgraded to a higher plan.

We’ve had a very positive experience so far, although we’re still getting familiar with the tool. From what we’ve tested, it performs exceptionally well in every aspect. There are still a few areas that could be refined, but the team is incredibly responsive and rolls out improvements and updates at an impressive pace. The product keeps getting better over time. Additionally, the support team is excellent—they are attentive and open to suggestions for enhancements.
