Trunk ‑ Stock Sync & Bundling

We've only just started using Trunk this last month but it has completely simplified handling our stock levels. It effortlessly handles changes when items sell across our Etsy and Shopify stores and allows us to make informed decisions on stock based on live information. A huge thank you to James for his help getting used to the system and tailoring it to our business needs. I think this is really going to help running our business from now on. If in doubt the free trial offered was really useful for us to test the system. Thanks again Trunk! :)

What can I say, this is a very powerful and easy system to set up and use. Not had any problem at all with stock being updated. James has been amazing, very friendly and happy to help with anything. Its a refreshing change to be able to just leave a system and not have to worry if my stock is correct, it's always been perfect since using Trunk. I have tried so many other systems to do this work, but always had problems and support was not coming, So this is such a nice and refreshing change. Trunk is the perfect solution for managing inventory in our business. It is simple, clean and effective. All the other solutions we looked at were too expensive, too complicated and didn't actually provide what we needed. The way we can create bundle and kit SKUs so easily in Trunk is just perfect. Our main products come in multiple boxes and trunk allows us to always have accurate stock availability of our full kit items so we don't over sell, and at the same time keep track of stock for re-ordering so we can ultimately keep our customers happy.

We needed a temporary solution for inventory sync while we wait for an ERP system to be implemented in our business. Trunk was easy to set up! James helped me understand why certain listings weren't syncing so I could fix it quickly. Unfortunately, the price is a bit high for us while AIMS360 will be free for a year with my student discount, so I still plan on switching over later this year. I need a more robust system to organize my production requirements since we manufacture many of our products, but Trunk is great for managing my sales inventory accross shops!

I searched and searched for an app for my shopify account that would allow me to share stocks amongst multiple products, and when I landed here, I was so relieved to find my research was done! We are a high volume business, and we needed something that would update in real time to make sure we weren't overselling any products, and what better time to test it out than during our Christmas launch? Trunk worked flawlessly and is now a crucial app for our business, I don't know how we lived without it for so long! I highly recommend it to any kind of volume of buisnesses.

Trunk does exactly what it says it will do and does it in actual "real time." I have been using Stitch for 5 years, and over the past 2 years I have trialed (for up to 3 months each) almost all of the other big players in inventory management software, and none of them sync between channels as fast as Trunk does. The interface is visually very nice to work with, and that is a welcome improvement over most of the other similar apps out there, which feel like you've gone back in time to the Internet circa 1998 - 2002. Well done Trunk! Please keep adding more functionality!

Trunk has filled a gap that we sorely needed filled. We have been looking for this solution for over 12 months. Previously we used inventory software that was over $1,000 a month and yes it did a lot more than this, but we didn't need all the bells and whistles included. Using Trunk has saved us hrs of work every month and more importantly stopped us from missing sales from stockouts. If it can also manage orders in the future to break down bundles into single products without our intervention, it will be a game changer but well worth the money for its current functionality.

Trunk was exactly what I was looking for. It has helped me seamlessly keep track my inventory on both our retail and wholesale shopify websites, as well as our Faire brand account! It has saved me time and headaches by having an awesome solution to my inventory problems. I wholesale by the pack on one of our platforms, and using their bundling feature helped me without having to make workarounds in that particular platform's inventory. I was able to let Trunk keep track of the individual units and the pre-packed amounts simultaneously, which created an easier inventory system for us overall.

Trunk is the perfect solution to an inventory problem I was having. I use another app for inventory of raw materials and manufacturing, but with the addition of Trunk, I am now able to sync inventory levels of manufactured goods across all of my platforms. This has already saved me hours of stress and frustration. After a busy fourth quarter last year and manually adjusting inventory levels across multiple platforms and accidentally overselling, I knew something had to change. Trunk is my failsafe for this year's holiday season and I look forward to the automation inventory adjustments of Trunk.

We tried a lot of inventory apps to link Shopify and Ebay and Trunk was ahead of the class in everything we were looking for. We run an Ebay store with over 35,000 items and having to deal with out of stock sales was a massive headache that kept us from even listing on the Shopify. When linking with Trunk our inventory had instant updates. Something would sell on Ebay and within seconds the inventory on Shopify matched and vice versa. Definitely worth the money for me. This app will grow our shopify storefront exponentially and I have such confidence in the future with Trunk controlling the numbers.
