Wost service I never had. You ask for help and they tell you that they don't have the time to help you and that they prefer to answer basic questions. I don't suggest you to work with them. Really disappointed.

This app did exactly what I needed, I trialed this one and another and Variant Option was way easier to use. The service has also been great, a question was quickly answered. Highly recommend it if you need more than 3 product options!

I use the app to offer more than 3 shopify standard variants. It is also nice to have a better, faster support. Martin also added a patch for the Motion Theme to make it work properly. Easy to change appearance via CSS. Keep improving :)

Not only is this a fantastic app but the support from Martin has been outstanding. He always replies to any questions very quickly and he has very kindly done a few customisations for us. Would highly recommend - you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Martin

This app has helped me fix a problem with obtaining customised info for products, quite often customers would omit this in the notes box at check out and I would spend a lot of time chasing them for their customisation details but this fixes the issue. Easy to install and use. Highly recommended!

I have tons of variants with my products since they are so highly customizable and this app was very helpful to make sure I could add all of my different options onto my listings. I needed help with getting the variants from the app to show up on confirmation e-mails and Jon got back to me very quickly with a solution!

This app is great for my color swatches. I offer over 60 colors and this is the only app I could find to sell my products the way that I wanted. I had a couple issues setting the app up but all the problems I had (my own fault) were dealt with by support quickly. I haven't even cracked the surface of what this app can do yet. Good stuff. After trying a few different apps that didn't meet our needs, we were so happy to discover 'Best Custom Product Options'. The team helped us manually install the app on our custom theme. The app works perfectly - we can customise the appearance of the colour swatches and variants for our products.
The only suggestion I would add, is the ability to display both colour swatches and image swatches on one product - this update would be perfect!

It's great - it does what it says it does and interface in both laptop and mobile is fantastic and elegant. Quick backoffice service from developers, too. Biggest downside for me is that I have to sacrifice the ability to submit discount codes as this app takes over the discount box.

Edit - the work around for this issue and make the app compatible with adding and allowing discounts in the cart page is adding an app called KartDiscount (https://apps--shopify--com.storefront-preview-proxy.getredo.com/discount-coupon-field-in-cart-page/?bcpolink)
