Merchants describe this as a long-term “backbone” for multichannel operations, centralizing orders from Shopify, marketplaces, and POS. They highlight fast, money-saving shipping tools with carrier rate shopping and batch labels, plus powerful inventory sync across channels, bundles, and locations. Many use it as their main inventory and purchasing system. Merchants also praise strong reporting, scanner/mobile picking tools, affordable pricing, and responsive, proactive support.

Veeqo works great for my store. The integration is simple. The rates are good. And support is excellent (Gio has really been killing it for me).
Give them a try and message support if you run into any issues. Veeqo works fantastic for us.
Still cant generate return labels after 2 years
Regularly cross references products with different skus so you ship the wrong products.
Lots of overbilling and no notifications
Support is largely worthless, it is easy to use and you do see all your orders in one place, but if something is incorrectly setup you can never really fix it without making new listings
Veeqo is a must have for any business! Same features that the expensive apps offer, without the cost.
Veeqo is requesting that I write a review of their software even after I told my account manager that it wouldn't be positive if I do. The integration with Shopify doesn't handle any order edits - so if a customer wants to change their order after it's placed, we have to edit it in two systems (Shopify & Veeqo). It also doesn't handle returns processed through Shopify either. The bigger issue is that we look to and currently use Veeqo for our inventory control as the source of truth. Unfortunately, Veeqo's system has incorrect inventory counts on many/most of our products with a significant number showing extra inventory in stock with phantom committed amounts. Updates of inventory in Shopify don't always happen as expected and it can take up to an hour after creating a new product in Shopify before you work with that product in Veeqo. This just isn't acceptable to us for inventory control and we regret selecting Veeqo for this feature. Additionally, some of the reports are helpful, but many are lacking in detail needed for business decisions require manual aggregation. In short, I don't recommend Veeqo for inventory control purposes.
Veeqo is brilliant, quick service and just easy to use!
Great app. Seemless and easy to use.
great app platform making every day shipping easy than ever very help the business grew
Should be seamless, but difficult to use, worse-than-unhelpful support. No notification to user when orders are hung up in Veeqo purgatory which means angry customers. Sync is unpredictable and often incomplete.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
Your feedback has been shared with our support team and is being used to improve how we handle ongoing technical issues.
Regarding the sync issue itself, our engineering team has identified the root cause and we'd like to work with you directly to get this resolved. If you're open to it, please reach out to our support team referencing your existing ticket and we'll ensure continuity with an engineer who has full context on your account.
Kind regards,
The Veeqo Team
All I'm trying to achieve is:
(1) Veeqo to pull inventory levels from Amazon FBA (UK, US, CA) and push them to Shopify.
(2) Veeqo to push orders from Shopify and push to Amazon FBA (UK, US, CA).
---
Seeing as Veeqo is owned by Amazon you'd think Veeqo would integrate well but I've had issue after issue.
---
Every time I have an issue, Veeqo Support seem to send me on a roller coaster of troubleshooting (having some technical background myself most of the troubleshooting I'm asked to do makes no sense). Eventually the issues get escalated to the technical team but it then takes weeks/months for the issues to get resolved.
Veeqo made massive changes to my inventory over the course of 3 months that led to incorrect inventory at different locations. We had to do a stock count at both locations just to fix it.
Hours on the phone with support and on chat confirmed that my settings were correct and it was a Veeqo issue that led to the problems.
I would not trust it.
