After experiencing some initial issues with the app, I’m happy to say that the support team stepped in and resolved everything efficiently. When we set up the translation, we still had a few unanswered questions. We received a reply to our email within an hour. Super fast, detailed and helpful answer!
I used this app for translating Japanese into English. I speak and write English but it was hard to edit everything on my own and one of the guy helped me a lot to get through the system.

Ils sont toujours d'une grande aide lorsque qu'il y a quoi que ce soit que je n'arrives pas à faire par moi-même. Je recommande, même si c'est quelques peu dispendieux !

After installation the app lead to a mixture of languages. So when you switch the language, part of the text has not switched.
Now I have to rewrite all the product descriptions manually after deinstallation of the app.

We use this App for our bilingual Shopify Store. The translation is accurate, but it can be a bit time consuming, since each automatically translated phrase needs to be approved before publishing. However, the customer service is absolutely great. Super fast, straightforward and they solve also individual store needs.
