It has made creating a dual retail/wholesale site a breeze. The whole team are super responsive when issues arise and help out right away. Would recommend using them if you need a dual function web store for your customers.

Jack and the team have been very helpful in what little issues there were while using the app. The app is a good alternative of shopify plus (ofcourse there are some limitations imposed by shopify). Its very easy to use and the price syncing is relatively quick even for a store with a large catalogue as us.

The only wholesale app you need. I have been using B2B Wholesale Hub for years now. They continually improve features, and the customer support is exceptional.

I have had an amazing experience using this app. I wanted to be able to offer custom tiered pricing to certain customers as well as net payment terms. I am by no means a computer genius but Kay and the team have been so helpful in explaining things to me as well as setting it all up for me so I haven't had to try and figure it out on my own. The customer service is so thorough and very responsive. I would 1000% recommend this app to anyone looking to upgrade their website.

The app is dead simple to set up, yet extremely powerful in its ability to apply discounts at varying levels. My business is really growing after migrating to Shopify along with our decision to deploy B2B Wholesale Hub to handle our B2B side.

While the app is great, the support is even better. I submitted an issue that I was seeing outside of their listed support hours. Within minutes I heard back from support. We clarified the issue and another few minutes later the issue had been escalated to Shopify, as it was a Shopify issue not an app issue. We been using this app for a while. We had issue conflict with retail & B2B customers checking out but Kay worked on the issues & fixed them & we were provided with a video clip to show us how it worked. We are very happy with the services she provided.

As a beverage wholesaler, Orbit makes it easy to control what customers see which products and having set pricing for individuals as well. The net terms for checkout is also very helpful to our business. The customer support team is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I recently worked with Jack and I had my issue resolved in no time. I highly recommend this app for your B2B online store needs.

Can't say enough good things about this app and the developers. Anytime we've run into an issue, we get a response right away. We have a massive amount of custom pricing for thousands of products and this app handles it seamlessly. *If you have a store with many products, the initial sync time is pretty long (as they are subject to Shopify's API times) but once that initial sync is done everything is incredibly fast.

This app works really well for offering wholesale customers their own pricing levels, and also offers a few extra features to help with wholesale customers, such as Account Customer processing, minimum order amounts, shipping customisation, and a quick order form. Can't fault the support. They have quickly helped us solve a few minor issues.
