I really liked it. The onboarding was super easy and the help from the team was good. So far the app has responded to all the requests properly.
Ha sido una herramienta de gran ayuda para nuestra tienda a nivel de automatizaciones y crecimiento en ventas. La app ha ido evolucionado con el tiempo y cada vez nos ayuda a mejorar mas.
El equipo aseguró que no necesitaban información previa y en 3 meses no pudimos lanzar el chat, cuando se activó no respondió ninguna respuesta correcta. El equipo no tiene buen seguimiento en la comunicación, contestan y luego dejan de contestar varios días.
Nos encanta Wizybot porque es muy cómoda y sencilla de usar. En poco tiempo logramos entrenar a Cristal (nuestra asistente IA) y ahora contamos con un asesor virtual disponible 24/7 para nuestros clientes. El acompañamiento del equipo de soporte ha sido excelente
Recien hemos comenzado con la aplicación y super buena, nos ayuda bastante con la carga laboral y brinda una atención excelente al cliente. El equipo es muy bueno y apoyan casi de inmediato. Hay algunas cosas por implementar para perfeccionar wizy, pero aun asi es un excelente servicio
Wizybot me ha ahorra tiempo y energía.
Lo empecé a usar para automatizar mensajes en WhatsApp y la verdad es que funciona súper bien. Es fácil de configurar, responde rápido y no se siente tan “robot” como otros bots.
Me ayudó a mejorar la atención al cliente y a no perder ventas por no responder a tiempo.
Recomendado si quieres automatizar sin complicarte la vida.
Llevamos un par de semanas con Wizybot y ya no imaginamos el SAC sin él. El bot cubre fuera de horario, responde en segundos con un tono súper natural y hasta nos ha generado ventas directas enviando links al carrito. Instalación express, cero curva de aprendizaje. Si tu e-commerce sufre por tiempos de respuesta, dale una oportunidad: vale cada peso.
