We’ve had a fantastic experience with Parex and their Xero Bridge app.
The functionality works brilliantly and has made our Shopify–Xero integration seamless. What really stands out, though, is the support team. Mahek and the team have been incredibly responsive, proactive, and willing to tailor features to suit our exact requirements, including customising how customer data syncs into Xero.
Every request we’ve raised has been handled quickly and professionally, with clear communication throughout. It’s rare to find this level of support alongside such a reliable product.

Great customer service
Super easy and quick on responses!!! I had tried 3 other apps before this and this has been by far the easiest to set up, works as I want it too and response within an hour of submitting a support request! Worth every star!!
This app is amazing and makes accounting seamless. We have 7 Shopify stores, and all our stores have the Bridge by Parex plugin. The support and help are also super fast and very helpful. Happy to recommend this plugin to anyone!

This app has been a huge asset to our business, both in creating Shopify sales invoices within Xero and in syncing inventory items/quantities between the two platforms. Doing it all by hand was unsustainable, and this app made it a breeze.
Additionally, Mahek from the Parex team was incredibly helpful and thorough in assisting me with some issues/settings that needed to be tweaked shortly after implementing this app. If this app sounds like it'll accomplish what you need it to, I'd recommend giving it a shot - you won't be disappointed with the customer service.
