Parex Bridge for Xero

Very good support. We had a few issues at first making the app do what we required but to be honest a lot of these were issues due to our past use and lack of process. Xero has to also take some of the load as Parex can only work with what the API gives them, and some of the issues belong squarely with Xero.
Support has been keen to help, very responsive, and always came up with an answer. We're sticking with them as it is great to have true support. Well done Mahek and team.

This is my second time using accounting software that integrates with Shopify and Xero, and I’m honestly blown away by the support. We've been using Xero Bridge for 5 years. It works perfectly and exactly as described. Lots of customization available. Customer support is excellent (we've rarely needed it though). Highly recommended.

This is a great integration app between Shopify and Xero. It can sync sales by SKU into Xero which is something I have not seen other apps be able to do. The support is fantastic – very helpful with fast response times.

We sell on two Ebay stores and two Shopify websites that also both accept Paypal payments. Before Parex, the reconciliation process would've taken me hours and hours each week. With Parex, I have saved so much time and the process is very easy to understand. I have just started using Xero and find it very easy to use with Parex. The customer support is also excellent. Responses often within 12 hours, always helpful and willing to show which options are available and how to optimise the settings on the app. Can also separate international sales from nationwide sales for VAT purposes which makes life 10x easier. Definitely recommend.
