This is the most powerful app We have try price given for final costumer. I will prefer an better integration with Multilanguage
Server very slow, sometimes the [ Customize Button ] on product page no show . Predesign template working table too small, it's hard to do the design .
Has no mobile interface. We tried to message support but did not hear back sadly. Its a shame because desktop looks great.
Well, Zakeke has a mobile version of course! We have thousands of customers, no one would use a not-responsive customizer. And even better, Zakeke has a mobile-dedicated UI, it's not just responsive.
As for assistance, you wrote to us on May 13, 09:55 and we replied 1 minute later, at 09:56. Maybe you're not receiving our replies, check the spam.
Lastly, it seems you're getting an issue with the mobile UI, we wrote to you from a different email address, happy to get it fixed.

I looked at this app briefly, but after reading Zakeke's rude responses to other customer's complaints and the unclear billing practice, I have decided not to waste time or money here.

We really care about our customers and we take complaints very seriously. We see you installed and uninstalled the app in 3 minutes, even before starting a free trial. Would really appreciate it if you could tell us what issue you had with billing since you are supposed not to have received any bill. Happy to investigate and provide you with details if anything went wrong.
UPDATE: we see now your comment when you have uninstalled the app. Apparently, the problem is the phrase when you install the app that says "charged up to $ 5000 for 30 days". For Zakeke you pay a transaction fee of up to 1.9% on orders received through our app. That sentence explains that, regardless of the fees due, these will never be higher than 5,000 USD/month, i.e. if you sell customized products for 1,000,000 USD/month, however you will pay Zakeke 5k USD instead of 19k! That is meant to be a protection for you. Hope this clears things up.
This plugin is going to be used all across my online printshop. It works beautifully. The support team behind it is untouched. They even are helping me setup the 3D product for my Business Cards which is the first product we're implementing this designer on.
Over the coming weeks and months my company's plan is to expand the designer into all of our 100s of Print Products as our clients love a great designer option and we finally found one. A++
I really am loving this app so far! It is exactly what I was looking for to help with my website needs. I needed support with a few things and the support team was quick to help me with my needs and help with setup. I only wish I could figure out how to add templates because I keep getting error messages so maybe I'm doing something wrong but don't want to keep bothering support because the last couple of things were right in my face lol. Definitely give this app a try!
