Ehhhmmm what can I say! Support 5 stars, app 5 stars! It saves me soo much time on a daily basis for answering questions... its really insane! Before most customers went offline before I had the time writing a reply and now it is soo fast and the answers are much better than the ones I was writing! Also the time it takes me to look up orders is 10x longer than zipchat can reply! Big shoutout to Carlo for this app and his support! All issues I was facing got resolved within minutes!

This software is truly amazing and I highly recommend using it. You’re beyond foolish if you choose not to. What surprises most is that the bot doesn't sound like a bot and customers think they talk with real person which makes the experience more genuine. The bot can be easily educated on how to answer on more specific inquiries. Overall it can help you gain more trust in your customers and of course increase the sales.

Zipchat has been great for us so far. Out of the many AI Chatbots I've tested this one seems to provide the the most appropriate replies that I would want majority of the time without input. It has really helped in reducing the amount of customer emails we would receive.
