Fantastic service, and a very useful app to keep customers (and store owners) informed of delivery progress. Definitely recommend that all stores offer the service, especially for what little they charge!
I am looking forward to more of this app for my customers. It is a little time consuming and tedious to look up customer orders and keep track of tracking numbers and then sending updates to the customers.
Replaced my current delivery tracking and notification app with Aftership. Night and day difference in the program and the deliverables to the customers. Thank you, still exploring all the great features.
Very useful app, makes the website look more professional. I had a small issue with it and customer support responded nicely to it helping me to fix it. Highly recommended!

Everything I have seen from AfterShip so far is great. My customers receive an email based on what I set up, and I no longer have questions about orders. We ship out the order, and AfterShip does the rest.

Great Tracking APP!! Everything I wanted is here and is easy to use! I am pissed off because of the pricing because of 0.50$ per shipment after the free 100 shipments is too much, but okay I am working on it
Aftership is very easy to use and helps our both us and our customers stay up to date on the status of shipments. Aftership also has excellent integration with Klaviyo for sending email updates to customers.
