AfterShip Order Tracking

Aftership is a fantastic service for those looking to provide their customers with a better tracking experience. Was easy to install, quick to set up, and when contacting customer support to remove the app download prompt, Aseem was able to complete the request in under a minute - very impressed.

Great to have all the carriers in a single place and super that we can put the most likely carriers first in our personal carrier list (to eliminate the risk, in the event that the tracking number is not unique to a single carrier, that the customer would have to choose which carrier we chose ;-)

Easy to install. Easy to customise. Works perfectly. I requested a small change (a courier phone number to be corrected on the tracking page) which was done graciously and quickly. I am so impressed with this app, and with your team. My customers LOVE that they can track their parcels so seamlessly.

This app is super easy to install and works smoothly. We love the time we save by having customers automatically notified about where their shipments are and when they are delivered. It dramatically cuts down on the amount of time spend fielding customer calls regarding when their order will arrive.

Can't recommend this app enough!

Seems to be tracking orders well. Sometimes, however, the courier services is incorrectly identified by Aftership in which case you have to manually change it. Kinda beats the point of an automated tracking dashboard but it's not very cumbersome to do on occasion. Customer support is responsive as well.

This is really handy app to have with you. We have been using this for a while now and it's ticking all the boxes for us. On the bonus side is the active customer service team, really helpful. We haven't explored the full potential of this app yet, but already it's fulfilling our requirements. Thank you!

Aftership is one of the best apps I have installed for my store. Tracking and all the "after order" details can get me so overwhelmed with making sure everything's in order, but this app is such a stress relief. So glad I installed it, because now it's just one more thing off my shoulders when I get orders!!
