Lots of options to automate your customer interactions. Our main focus was the loyalty program but we have now started implementing the other features that are all included in the price. Great value tool and definitely recommended
They have everything you need to run a successful store. Their review and rewards features are fantastic, and have helped me get more sales. Every time I have a question, they are very quick to respond, and will set things up for me in minutes. I save so much time and money with their apps, I can't recommend them highly enough! I have tried using other apps and they don't compare. I definitely recommend using AI Trillion, it will improve your store and help your sanity!

It seemed like a great all in one platform and we wanted to make it work, but too much technical problems. We sent two dozen emails in to try and troubleshoot over email it was not successful. They advised us to book a support call, but their support "forgot" about our zoom call 3x. Yeah, they stood us up 3x. Definitely shows where their company values lie. Not for us. It seems like a great concept though, just not a fan of their execution.

We’ve been using AiTrillion for Aayraa Jewels, and it’s been a very useful app for our store. Having features like customer engagement, reviews, email, WhatsApp, loyalty, and automation all in one platform makes marketing much easier.

Honestly half of the 1-star reviews are just complaining. Never recieved hidden charges, Im using their free plan as I scale, and their features are amazing for 45/month. Saved me about 4 apps all in this one software. very good

This is a must have app for all shops. It takes a bit to get used to but once you have it up and running your orders will start pouring in. We started to use this 2 weeks ago and we already see an important increase.

I was happy to discover AiTrillion. I'm new to using it, but so far have enjoyed it's benefits and easy of installation. I look forward to positive results and to learning all the features it contains.
