AMAZING APP - AMAZING SUPPORT
Not only does the app work REALLY good and simple, also there was someone on our sites 24/7!
They even changed the app according to our recommendation. Realy great service. I can only recommend it.
This app is extremely clever and useful for us. So far, we have mainly used the "Pre filled Cart" function, with which we can send our customers with a single call-to-action in the newsletter directly to the pre-filled shopping cart.
I installed this app to try free trial. I didn’t find what I was looking for and uninstalled it before it expired. But they ended up charging me and now they don’t even care to respond to my and Shopify agent’s email requesting a refund.

Hi, I can see that you've first installed the app on September 21st and our script made a charge on September 30th, which happens to be after the 7-day trial ended.

I was using before an app which was using draft order to provide discount & was very poor in function, then shopify support recommended me this App & all my problems got solved
We have use this app for our holiday sales and it is working just like it said it would! Thank you. I was a little stressed as many of the more complicated apps say they will do something then it takes me more time to research and watch videos to figure out how to use it. This app is simple and straight forward.
The app didn't work as needed. When I created a gift, it added the free gift 3 times to the cart. Then I couldn't get the help needed to figure out why. So deleted the app and went with other options. May work for some people, but when I add something and it doesn't work as described and support isn't there, I don't use the app. That's pretty straight forward.
Hi, I'm sorry about the inconvenience. Did you try emailing us or submitting a ticket? I see you installed the app 2h15 ago but I don't see any request sent from your store since. It's hard for me to tell why the add was adding multiple gifts since you've uninstalled the app now, but my guess would be some other Shopify Plus Scripts (or apps) conflicting with our auto-gift feature, maybe. Let me know if you still need help.
UPDATE: My colleague told me we've received a call around the same time you posted the review, but the call was coming from an Unknown Caller ID, so we weren't able to call back. I've also tried the number you have in our partner dashboard (+1 888-424-7548 ), but this is Donna Bella Hair's customer service, unfortunately wasn't able to reach the person who was testing our app.
Everything here worked as advertised. It was easy to set up and simple to use. This is a great app for applying automatic discounts based on set rules at the end of checkout. It can be advantageous at times to bypass customer entry of the coupon code. After you set the rules for the discount it only takes a few minutes before it's active on the store. Nice app, thanks!
I appreciate this app as I was looking for a way to give my Canadian customers an automatic discount to help counter the low value of the Canadian dollar. Derek responds quickly to questions.
At this time, the discount only appears after the customer clicks the checkout button. It would be much better if the discount appeared at the cart stage and I hope that they can make this improvement in the future.
Great concept but the popup refuses to work in my store.
Developer said it might have to do with another app but I don't use many apps that would interfere with the cart.
Discount is applied at > $35 but no popup occurs. I may cancel the app if the developer can't figure it out.

I used this app during Black Friday to set up some basic rules for applying discounts based on cart amounts, something Shopify cannot do natively. It's important to understand that app works as s set of triggers to apply discount codes that you create in Shopify, so you have to combine the trigger with how you setup the discount - for example, by setting minimum purchase amounts in the discount itself, etc., as well as defining it in the app rule. It can be a little tricky to get it all set up correctly, and you'll want to do test carts, etc to make sure it's doing what you want. We had a little trouble getting the discount to trigger even though the correct cart amount was reached. The app owner was super responsive and even installed some code during Black Friday to make sure it was working correctly. He also helped with some basic troubleshooting during our sale. My only suggestion would be to put some of the info I learned through direct support into the app documentation/help section - like the example of putting the minimum purchase amount in the discount as well as the app rule. I would definitely use the app for future sales now that I know more about how it works.
