BR ‑ Better Reports

We use this app on our test store and love it. The app is very customizable by the user and if you can't do something, you can email the vendor and they will take care of it. They are fast, friendly and very helpful to work with. Although it can be pricey, we have not found any other reporting app that gives as much flexibility as BetterReports has.

Very responsive and helpful support staff! Our client needed a very specialized report for their accounting team, one that wasn't an out of the box feature. Better Reports support had that custom report created working better than we had envisioned in no time at all! Highly recommended for anyone looking for more insight into their Shopify finances.

Top notch reporting, customisable in so many ways. The customer service is spot on with communication. The latest report I am running is a table sorted by descending sales order number, with the current inventory and days expected until inventory depleted right next to that. I can then go and order what is hot selling and soon to run out of stock :)

Tons of options. I am still learning my way around setting up the reports but if I have an issue they have the best support, and always quickly provide me detailed instructions on how to set up what I wanted to do, and go ahead and set it up for me to see how the end result looks too along with the walkthrough on how they did it, which is a huge help

Better Reports has really helped us with organizing in-house perishable product by automating custom product tally reports tailored for each department and sending them to the department heads. The reporting we've been searching for! Been trying to find out how to create a Sell Thru report to help with planning future seasons, and this app is the one to do it! At risk of sounding cliche, Better Reports is simply better. Very intuitive to use, great support. As you will see with other reviews, Clement provides fantastic support including helping with quite particular requirements.
This app really lets you get to the data that is otherwise near impossible to get natively from Shopify. Couldn't recommend it more.

Kritesh and Better Reports have restored my faith in customer service, best I have ever experienced. I needed a very specific custom report written and Kritesh got my requirement absolutely bang on. Nothing was too much trouble, immediate response to every tweak I needed, finishing up with a video call to make sure I was happy. Can't recommend them enough.
