Happy with Bitespeed! support is really good. the dashboard is user friendly! would recommend.
The interface is extremely intuitive and easy to navigate. Also the onboarding process was incredibly seamless, thanks to Kaushambi, who guided us step by step and made sure everything was set up smoothly.
Their support is fantastic. I love the platform and so far have seen good results upon using them. THe team goes above and beyond with the training. A big shout out to Ayush for being so attentive and patient with all queries!

Had an amazing experience of moving to Bitespeed from another platform. Really appreciate Kopal's constant follow up for a demo. And have had the best experience of setting up the entire account from migration plus set up. Rohan and team were fabulous and quick to set up all the email+whatsapp flow.

Bitespeed was an entirely new platform for us. the game of whatsapp marketing itself was a whole new realm and each day the journey of understand this tool and the power of it has been super seamless. the best thing about bitespeed is their team. Vidya and team has been on it with us from the start. no call is missed, no issue goes ignored. the feedback and execution loop is super quick as well. all in all, it has truly been a pleasure to work with such bright individuals who are with you at every step of the way.
