nice experience and pretty easy to setup, i had a problem where my thingy didnt showed up in the live page but the customer support helped me really fast, very nice and helpful, i recommend this app to everyone trying to put a whatsapp addon in their pages

I wouldn´t even give this app 1 star. Their app is not working and I have been waiting months. There are so many bugs within their app it´s ridiculous. I have lost so much money waiting for them to fix their app. It is not working. Don´t waist your time editing all fields and forms here - because it´s simply not working. They don´even respond to some of the emails. I have never experienced this before except with one other app provider.

It's been a month now, and 1 month's money is wasted...

The moment they receive your payment, they completely disappear.I have paid for a 3-month subscription, and now I am getting absolutely zero support.

They have not been able to fix a single technical issue or concern. No one calls back, and no one cares. They are only active when they want your money. Worst experience ever.

Hello Team Bitespeed,

I own a perfume brand and applied for a demo three times but received no response. I also installed the Shopify app, but no onboarding call was scheduled.

I tried calling the support numbers (switched off) and contacted chat support, which redirected me to WhatsApp, but there was still no response.

Kindly look into this and let me know the next steps at the earliest.
