I’m new to this app, but my experience so far has been excellent—especially the support. It’s easy to get help through chat whenever I’m unsure how to set something up. Book that App has been the most frustrating system ever! BTA has constant problems, everything from not allowing people to book same day or multiple days.
The checkout on book that app is now not allowing people to check out their rentals.
Super disappointing, costing me tons revenue because customer can not check out for rentals...DOT NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!

While the app does have some limitations depending on how customized your booking flow needs to be, it is still a great tool overall, and what truly makes the difference is their support team. They were responsive, kind, and genuinely willing to help us find the best possible solutions for every situation.
