I recently had my first experience with Chargeflow's customer support team and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my issues were resolved. I just started using this app. It's too early to evaluate the service. However as of now it is okay. There is a technical issue with this app, I have only one open dispute but it's showing, twice in the dashboard. I have reported it. Hope it will be fixed soon.

This is probably the most useful app I've ever found for dealing with disputes. Customer support responds in an instant and deals with all of your issues fast.
You can save a ton of time by not having to deal with disputes yourself. I thought I was very good at dealing with disputes but after you see how much effort they put to provide evidence for your dispute cases you will feel like a rookie! Best app ever!

The very best tech comes from Israel. Just won a chargeback through chargeflow. The whole process was automated. And upon looking at the chargeback form that they submitted to the bank it was really well put together. Far better than I could have manually done!
